Like beef, pork continues to gain in popularity. Pork producers have rediscovered what the cattle industry has known for a long time; marble= flavor. Flatley's Foodservice's pork selections include commodity products from some of the first producers, as well as boutique growers and all-natural selections from heritage breeds. Niman Ranch's animal handling protocols are the industry standard. The animals are raised outdoors and allowed to root and roam as nature intended.



Niman's uses specific breeds in their pork production. Berkshire, Chester Whites and Durocs all are known for superior marbling and tenderness. Niman never uses any added hormones or antibiotics and the animals are fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
